KEPA respects your privacy and processes personal information in line with the Data Protection Act, 2022 of the Kingdom of Eswatini.

What we collect

• Contact and identity details you give us when you apply, register for an event, subscribe or contact us.
• Professional details and supporting documents needed to assess membership applications.
• CPD attendance records and payment history.

How we use it

• To process applications, renewals and payments.
• To keep your CPD record and issue certificates.
• To send Association news if you have subscribed.

Member directory

Your name, category and town appear in the public member directory only if you give consent. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information by contacting privacy@kepa.org.sz.
